Consulting and Planning
Dalmar offers its consultancy for preliminary, detailed and executive planning.
Project concept planning includes flowchart, first layout and site inspection if necessary.

Design and production activities are strictly internal to our company, carried out by our engineers and skilled staff.

Manufacturing
Dalmar can manage the complete construction of its equipment.
The company works closely with a loyal network of suppliers, which guarantees a prompt response to every need, the constant comparison with the market and with new technologies at a national and international level always ensures cutting-edge supplies.
All the systems supplied are carefully checked in each component, so that possible problems during assembly are eliminated and the equipment supplied is free from defects in material or workmanship.
The start-up and commissioning by the Technical Assistance Team constitutes full testing.
Including FIT and FAT
On-site installation
The supply may include on-site assembly or the sending of partially assembled material or assembled and shipped ready for use, every aspect, including those related to logistics and transport, is treated in detail.
Dalmar service includes the supervision for start-up, technical assistance for management of the plants, the renovation or expansion of existing equipments and the supply of products and reagents.
Training and commissioning
Fundamental aspect of the assistance is considered the training of the staff that is managing the plant, from the pre-start training, to the continuous updating, with personalized courses.
The training can be carried out and organized in every part of the world, upon request they can be integrated with assessment tests and certificates of participation.
Overhauling and Upgrading
Dalmar implements overhauling of its existing plants at various customers' premises and also upgrades, which may concern the enhancement of operational capacity, the technological improvements to the latest available processes and the sustainability against obsolescence of electronic components (e.g. PLC and automation upgrades).
Spare parts, consumables & accessories
All original spare parts, consumables and accessories relating to Dalmar systems are easily identifiable by consolidated coding and are marketed accordingly, with availability following the various contractual requirements, also resorting to the selection of new suitable items in the event that installed items become unavailable on the market.
Preventive services and health check
Health check services, accompanied by appropriate reporting, are commonly made available to customers by Dalmar's experienced staff. Consequently, preventive maintenance sessions are also provided, along with the necessary spare parts.
